Event Details

In 2020, The Wallingford Historic Preservation Trust (WHPT) embarked on research into the Black enslaved population in Wallingford from 1790 to 1840. To share this important piece of our local history, Trust President Jerry Farrell, Jr. will lead an outdoor walking tour of eight Wallingford properties with ties to enslavement. Participants will meet Jerry in the library's Community Room and begin the tour from there. Registration is required; please sign up below.
