This workshop takes you through every stage of sourdough baking in an interactive, beginner-friendly way. I’ll bring fresh loaves to show ideal results, along with loaves baked with intentional beginner mistakes so we can learn how to “read” crumb structures. Using ready to go dough, I’ll demonstrate stretch-and-folds, coil folds, shaping, and scoring- and participants are welcome to practice these techniques following the session. Everyone goes home with their own starter, a care card, and a recipe so they can continue baking and experimenting at home. Bring your notebooks and pencils to jot down notes and be ready to be baking beautiful loaves the same week!
