What better way to get ready for a Red Carpet Summer than to dress up a rubber duck and make them red carpet-ready! Drop by the teen area on the first day of Summer at the Library and get creative. Will your duck be fashion forward? Cosplaying your favorite character? The choice is yours! No registration required, but supplies are first-come, first-served.
