Our three-part "Food for Thought" series, led by Priya Gooty of Omni Health LLC, emphasizes the benefits of eating nutritious, home-prepared meals over eating out. The program covers meal planning strategies and aims to make the process enjoyable. Attendees will receive recipe handouts and participate in an interactive game at the end of each session.

Class Three (Thursday, Oct. 23) - "Fresh vs. Processed Foods":  Explore the nutritional benefits of fresh foods, including their higher nutrient content, fewer additives, positive impact on digestion, and support for the immune system. We'll also discuss processed foods, noting their potential for more additives and lower nutritional value. While acknowledging that processed foods can be difficult to avoid entirely, this session will emphasize practical ways to reduce their intake.
