Our three-part "Food for Thought" series, led by Priya Gooty of Omni Health LLC, emphasizes the benefits of eating nutritious, home-prepared meals over eating out. The program covers meal planning strategies and aims to make the process enjoyable. Attendees will receive recipe handouts and participate in an interactive game at the end of each session.
Class One (Thursday, Oct. 9) - "Meal Prep Made Easy": Discover a simple and time-saving approach to planning, preparing, and storing meals in advance. Meal prepping helps individuals stay organized, make healthier food choices, and reduce the stress of daily cooking.
