Join us for a special Henna workshop for adults in honor of National Arab-American Heritage Month! Professional Henna artist Momina Tallal will lead a short presentation on the history, cultural significance, and traditional designs of this art form and how it has been used for centuries in weddings, festivals, and medicinal practice. After the presentation, Momina will give each of the participants their own Henna design. (Please note that Henna is temporary and will fade naturally over time.) Come learn, create, and leave with a beautiful work of body art!
