Join us in helping everyone put their best foot forward! Throughout the month of March, we'll be hosting a formal wear clothing drive at the library in collaboration with Creative Consignments CT in Wallingford. We encourage our patrons to donate their gently-used formal attire in time for wedding season, prom season, graduation season, and all other special occasions. We will accept the following items in good condition: 

 

  • Party gowns & dresses 
  • Bridesmaid and Prom dresses
  • Mother-of-the-Bride dresses
  • Suits, Jackets, Ties and Pocket Squares
  • Dress shoes (current styles only, please)

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry & handbags - current styles only)

     

All donated items must be clean, scent-free, on hangers and no more than 5 years old. There will be a try-on event on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12 at Creative Consignments CT at 9 S. Colony Street Wallingford, CT - all items from the drive will be FREE of charge! No registration is required to attend. Creative Consignments CT is a division of Creative Concepts by Lisa, LLC.
