Hygge (pronounced "hoo-gah") is a Danish concept that embodies a feeling of coziness, contentment, and well-being, often achieved through simple pleasures and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's more than just a trend; it's a way of life that emphasizes slowing down, appreciating the present moment, and finding joy in everyday life. Join Ann Zak, Executive Director at the Wallingford Senior Center, for an informative discussion about the practice of Hygge and how to incorporate it into your life. The program will include enjoying various hot teas from her collection!
